A town is enough. We do not need a street address to put a number together.

What we read off your plan.

These fill in from the rooms you marked. Correct anything that looks wrong, or skip the plan entirely and count them here instead. Leave a room at zero and it stays out of the budget.

04 / what is there now

Condition of the existing interior.

This moves the number more than anything else on the page. An already-furnished cabin is an edit, not a rebuild.

05 / finish level

How far up market are you playing?

Not a quality question. It is a positioning question. A cabin competing at $180 a night should not be furnished like one asking $600.

06 / scope

Anything beyond furniture?

Cosmetic work means paint, lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and small millwork. It is not a renovation, and we do not move walls.

07 / performance

How is it doing? Optional.

Give us these two and we will check the project against a year of revenue. Skip them and the budget still works.

Where do we send it?

A name and an email is all we require. We read these ourselves and reply within two business days.
