What we collect, and what we do with it.

Who this is

bəˈspōk interior style is an interior design studio working with short-term rental cabins in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. In this policy, "we" and "the studio" mean bəˈspōk interior style. You can reach us any time at Info@bespokeinteriorstyle.com.

What we collect

When you contact us

Our contact form asks for your name, email, and optionally your phone number, along with whatever you choose to write about your property. That is all of it. Nothing is required beyond a name and an email address.

When you fill out the intake worksheet

The intake worksheet collects details about the property so we can put a realistic budget range together: the town it sits in, the approximate square footage, the number and type of rooms, the current condition, how it is performing if you choose to tell us, and the budget range you have in mind. You can complete the worksheet without giving us an address more specific than a town.

When you upload a floor plan

The file you choose is opened and drawn inside your own browser. The original file, whether that is a PDF, a JPG or a PNG, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. When you press submit, the site makes a flattened image of the plan with the room markers you placed on it and attaches that image to your submission. So we receive a picture of your marked plan, and we do not receive your original document. If you would rather we saw no drawing at all, fill out the rooms by hand in step 03 and skip the upload. Nothing about the plan is stored anywhere until you submit, and closing the tab discards it.

When you use the budget estimator

The estimate is calculated in your browser as you type. Nothing you enter is sent to us, saved, or logged until you press submit. If you close the tab before submitting, we never see any of it.

When you reply to an ad on Facebook or Instagram

If you fill out a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects that information and passes it to us. What Meta does with it on their side is governed by their policy, not ours. What we do with it after we receive it is governed by this one.

Automatically, when you visit the site

Our host records standard server request information: IP address, browser type, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is ordinary web server activity and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, so this site loads the Meta pixel. It is one script from Meta that records two things: that a browser opened a page here, and that a worksheet was submitted. That second one is the only reason we run it. Without it we cannot tell which ads bring in real inquiries and which ones just burn money.

The pixel does not receive your name, your email address, your property address, or anything you typed into the worksheet. It does not receive your floor plan. It sees the page URL, your IP address, your browser, and a cookie Meta sets in your browser, and it can match that to your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. That is how the same company can show you an ad later. Meta explains what it does with that data in its privacy policy.

If you would rather not be part of it, you have real options. Meta has its own ad preferences controls, most browsers will block third-party trackers if you ask them to, and any decent content blocker stops this script before it loads. None of that breaks the site or the worksheet. The estimate still works and your submission still reaches us.

What we do not do

  • We do not record your screen or your scrolling. There is no session replay tool and no analytics dashboard behind this site.
  • We do not sell your information. Not to anyone, at any price.
  • We do not take payment on this website, so we never handle your card number here.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled out a form. If we ever start a newsletter, you will have to ask for it.

What we use it for

  • Answering you.
  • Preparing a budget range, a scope, or a proposal for your property.
  • Ordering furniture, fixtures, and materials for your project, and coordinating delivery and installation.
  • Keeping a record of the work so we can help you again later without starting over.

That is the whole list. We do not repurpose your property details for anything else, and we do not use photographs of your finished cabin publicly without asking you first.

Who else touches it

We use a small number of outside services to run the studio. Each one sees only what it needs to.

Service What it handles Their policy
Formspree Delivers form submissions from this site to our inbox formspree.io
Vercel Hosts this website and records server request logs vercel.com
Microsoft 365 Our email, so any message you send us lives there microsoft.com
Meta Facebook and Instagram advertising, the pixel on this site, and forms filled out inside those apps facebook.com

During a project we also share what is necessary with the trades, vendors, and showrooms doing the work: a delivery address, a contact number, an install date. We share the minimum required to get your furniture through your front door.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions, including any marked floor plan image attached to one, sit in our form service archive for a limited window, currently 30 days, and then only the copy delivered to our email remains.
  • Email correspondence and project records are kept for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can reference past specifications, orders, and warranties.
  • Inquiries that never become projects are cleared out periodically.

If you want your information deleted sooner than that, ask us and we will do it.

Your choices

Email Info@bespokeinteriorstyle.com and you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop contacting you

We will respond within 30 days. We do not require you to prove a legal right to ask. If you live somewhere with specific privacy legislation, including California or the European Economic Area, these are the rights that legislation gives you and we honor them for everyone regardless of where they live.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you type into a form is encrypted in transit. Our email uses standard authentication controls, including SPF, DKIM, and a DMARC reject policy, which means a message that claims to come from our domain but did not should be rejected by the receiving mail server. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If something goes wrong with information you gave us, we will tell you.

Children

This is a service for property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information and leave the date alone.
